Refunds and Exchanges

We sincerely hope you love your purchase. However, if it falls short of your expectations, don’t worry. Simply contact us, and within 30 days of delivery, return the item for a refund or exchange.

For Refunds:

  1. Contact us and return the item within 30 days of receiving your package.
  2. Include a paper note with your invoice number in the package.
  3. Ensure the returned items are unworn, free of stains, odors, and animal hair. They must not be damaged and should have the original labels attached.
  4. Ship the package back with a tracking number.
  5. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
  6. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  1. Items marked as final sale.
  2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  3. Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
  4. Custom-made clothes to your specific size are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged.

For Exchanges: If you adore your purchase but need a different size, color, or pattern, we’ve got you covered! Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date of package delivery.
